Even though there is efficient recycling and reprocessing systems for newspaper and magazines in developed countries, it becomes accumulated inefficient waste amongst poor nations. And, doesn’t it seem senseless for "developed" countries to cut down life-sustaining trees, chemically print and process paper and ink, create toxic byproducts, and pollute the air and water just to get “the news” to us in print? Aren’t most of us are getting our news via television and the internet anyway? We found some designers and cultures which had far more innovative uses for paper.
